Deleting Your Account

We are sorry to hear that you have decided to leave us. If you wish to proceed with deleting your account, please follow the steps below.

Step 1:

Login to your Spotlight account.

Step 2:

Tap the “Hamburger Icon” (3 horizontal lines in the top left corner).

Step 3:

Tap “Settings” at the bottom of your left side navigation.

Step 4:

Tap “Delete Account”.

Step 5:

Confirm your decision by tapping the RED button that says “Delete My Account.”

Important Disclaimer: Deleting your account is irreversible and all your data will be permanently lost. We do not archive your Stickers, donation activity, or other transaction data.

Furthermore, any funds in your Giving Wallet will be automatically donated to a receiving charity according to policies laid out in the Fundraising Policy and Terms of Use. You will not be able to retrieve the funds in your Giving Wallet and you will no longer have control to direct a grant to a nonprofit of your choice. We recommend making grants to donations to empty your Giving Wallet before you delete your account.
